HELP TURN DESPAIR INTO HOPE FOR REFUGEES & DISPLACED PEOPLE

PLEASE GIVE TODAY

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, more than eleven million people have had to flee their homes, creating a humanitarian crisis on a scale not seen in Europe since World War II.

They join nearly 90 million other people around the world who are displaced today – more than at any other time in history. Since August, we have seen millions more people become displaced in Afghanistan, with many arriving in Pakistan seeking safety.

Every day, Act for Peace’s local partners are there to support and stand with them. They will never stop showing kindness, often at great personal sacrifice, to help find a safe permanent home for the people uprooted by conflict and disaster.

It’s through these acts of kindness over the long-term that ultimately mean people find safety.

This gives refugees hope, but it also gives us all hope. Despite the difficult times we are living through, people are stepping up to meet the challenge, sharing the burden with those struggling to survive.

With your support, Act for Peace’s local partners can continue supporting refugees and displaced people at different stages of their journey, providing safety in exile, reducing the causes of displacement and creating a world where everyone has a safe place to belong.

Please help share the burden and turn despair into hope for refugees and displaced people.
