Our purpose

Creating, together, a world where people uprooted by conflict and disaster have a safe place to belong.

Today’s global displacement crisis poses one of the greatest challenges in human history, but our team believes this is a crisis we can and must do something about.

Our purpose is a brave and incredibly rewarding one. Our diverse and passionate team are dedicated to working together for justice, while living out our values of humility, courage, creativity and integrity.

As our team and portfolio expands, exciting challenges lie ahead; new partnerships, projects and innovative ways of working to achieve greater impact.

We’d love for you to join us.
