Help families in Iraq rebuild after years of conflict

"The fighting may be over, but the humanitarian crisis is not," says Lise Grand, the UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Iraq.

In July, the Iraqi government declared victory in Mosul. Brutal fighting between Iraqi forces and Islamic State militants since last October has cost close to 800,000 people their homes and livelihoods. For them, victory marks the beginning of a long road to recovery.

You can help families who were forced to leave their homes to escape violence, by providing them with desperately needed food, clothing and blankets. This terrifying battle has left innocent people scarred and broken.  Supporting them through this time of need will help them to rebuild their shattered lives.

Since 2014, your gifts have been helping our partners on the ground provide humanitarian care to families suffering and fleeing violence and persecution in Iraq.

Right now, these families need your help more than ever.
